Umed Studio creates simple, safe, and child-friendly mobile apps and games. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all Umed Studio products, including children's apps. Protecting the privacy of our users—especially children—is one of our top priorities.

1. About Umed Studio

Umed Studio develops mobile applications and games, with a particular focus on toddler-friendly, ad-free, and data-free experiences. All apps are created with safety, simplicity, and privacy in mind.

2. We Do Not Collect Personal Information

By default, Umed Studio apps do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data. This applies to both children and adult users.

We do NOT collect:

• Names, emails, phone numbers
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Location or GPS data
• IP address or precise device identifiers
• Cookies or tracking pixels
• Analytics, crash logs, or usage data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)

3. No Third-Party Services

Most Umed Studio apps use zero third-party SDKs. This means:

• No ads (AdMob, Facebook, Unity Ads, etc.)
• No analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No social media integration

If any future app uses a third-party service, it will be clearly listed in that app’s dedicated privacy policy page.

4. Apps Designed for Children

Many Umed Studio applications are specifically designed for toddlers and young children. These apps fully comply with:

• COPPA – Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (USA)
• GDPR-K – Data protection rules for children (EU)
• App Store Kids Category Guidelines
• Google Play Families Policy

Child-focused apps are intentionally built without data collection and without external access.

5. No Ads & No In-App Purchases (For Toddler Apps)

Our toddler-focused apps contain:

• No advertisements
• No in-app purchases
• No external links accessible to children

Some future apps aimed at older audiences may include optional in-app purchases. When applicable, this will be disclosed in that app’s specific privacy policy.

6. Offline-Only Usage

Most Umed Studio apps work completely offline. They do not require an internet connection and do not communicate with servers.

7. Parent Gate

If an app includes links intended only for parents (e.g., support pages, website links), they will be placed behind a “parent gate” mechanism to prevent children from accessing them.

8. Data Retention

Since we do not collect data, no user information is retained, stored, or deleted.
