Welcome to the official support page for Umed Studio apps and games. Whether you are using a family-friendly kids app, a casual game, or a productivity tool, this is the place to get help, report an issue, or share feedback.
1. What We Support
This support page covers all apps and games published under Umed Studio, including (but not limited to):
- Knock Knock: Who’s There? (toddler-friendly app)
- Child-safe learning and mini-game apps
- Casual and minimalist games for older audiences
- Any future apps listed under the Umed Studio developer name
Our goal is to respond to every valid support request within 24–48 hours (business days).

3. Get Help for a Specific App
If an app or game is not opening, crashing, behaving unexpectedly, or you see an error, please include the following information in your message:
- App name (as shown on the App Store / Google Play)
- App version (if available in the app settings or store page)
- Device model (e.g., iPhone 14, iPad 9th gen, Pixel 7)
- Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.x, Android 15.x)
- Steps to reproduce the problem (what you tapped / what happened)
- Screenshots or screen recordings (optional but very helpful)
With this information, we can usually identify the issue much more quickly and provide a fix or workaround.
4. Purchases, In-App Purchases & Refunds
All purchases and in-app purchases for Umed Studio apps are processed securely by the platform where you downloaded the app:
- Apple App Store for iOS / iPadOS / visionOS devices
- Google Play Store for Android devices (if available)
We do not have access to your full payment details and cannot directly charge or refund you. If you need a refund, please use the official refund process of the App Store / Google Play. If you are unsure how to do this, contact us and we will guide you.
If you experience issues with:
- Unlocking content after purchase
- Restoring previous purchases on a new device
- Subscription not activating or renewing correctly
please contact us with:
- The app name
- Your platform (Apple / Google)
- Purchase type (one-time purchase / subscription / in-app unlock)
- Approximate purchase date
5. For Parents & Guardians
Some Umed Studio apps are specifically designed for young children and may be listed under the Kids category in the App Store. For these child-focused apps:
- There are no external social media links in the child’s play area.
- Any links, settings, or purchases are placed behind an adult/parent interaction where required by store policies.
- We follow strict privacy and safety guidelines and do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children.
If you have any concerns about how your child interacts with one of our apps, or if you notice anything unexpected, please email us and mention that you are a parent/guardian contacting us about a kids app.

6. Data, Privacy & Account Requests
For questions about data, privacy, or your rights (such as data access, correction, or deletion), please:
