Cubsy’s World — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app Cubsy’s World, published by Izzet Ubeydullah Arpaci under Umed Studio. Cubsy is designed for children aged 2–5 and their parents.

1. Children and accounts

Cubsy does not require an account, a child’s name, email address or date of birth. The optional age choice uses an age group to adapt activities. The app does not record children’s voices, take photos, read contacts or request precise location.

2. What stays on your device

Activity progress, game history and play-time summaries, the chosen age group, language, sound and session-time settings are stored on your device. They are used to run the games and parent controls. Cubsy does not send these records to a Umed Studio server. Progress does not automatically sync between devices. Removing the app may remove these local records. Restoring a purchase does not restore game progress.

3. Advertising and analytics

Cubsy contains no advertising, third-party advertising SDKs, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell children’s information or use their gameplay to build advertising profiles.

4. Purchases

Free examples are available in each section. An optional one-time All Games purchase unlocks the full collection. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Purchase controls are behind the parent gate. Apple processes payment and purchase restoration. Cubsy reads StoreKit purchase status to grant access and keeps a local access flag. We do not receive or store card numbers. We do not send transaction records to a Umed Studio server. Apple’s own services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Use Restore purchases with the same Apple Account if needed.

5. Offline use and permissions

Game artwork and audio are included with the app, so available activities can be played offline. Loading current prices, buying, restoring purchases and opening external pages require a connection. A previously stored purchase right is retained when a store request fails. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or advertising-tracking permission.

6. Parent links and support

Support, privacy and external links are in the protected parent area. Following a link opens a service outside the game; that service’s privacy practices apply. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to answer your request and keep it only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send a child’s name, photos or other unnecessary personal information.

7. Choices and contact

Parents can change age, language, sound and session-time settings in the parent area. For questions or requests about information you have sent to support, contact umedstudiocom@gmail.com and identify Cubsy’s World. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Apple handles Apple Account and payment information separately.

Bu kayıtlar oyunları ve ebeveyn kontrollerini çalıştırmak için kullanılır. Cubsy bu kayıtları Umed Studio sunucusuna göndermez. İlerleme cihazlar arasında otomatik eşitlenmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak bu yerel kayıtları silebilir. Satın almayı geri yüklemek oyun ilerlemesini geri yüklemez.

3. Reklam ve analiz

4. Satın almalar

5. Çevrimdışı kullanım ve izinler

1. Kinder und Konten

Cubsy benötigt kein Konto und fragt nicht nach Name, E-Mail-Adresse oder Geburtsdatum des Kindes. Die freiwillige Altersauswahl verwendet eine Altersgruppe, um Aktivitäten anzupassen. Die App nimmt keine Kinderstimmen oder Fotos auf, liest keine Kontakte und fragt keinen genauen Standort ab.

2. Daten auf Ihrem Gerät

Aktivitätsfortschritt, Spielverlauf und Spielzeitübersichten sowie Altersgruppe, Sprache, Ton und Sitzungszeit werden auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Sie dienen den Spielen und Elternkontrollen. Cubsy überträgt diese Daten nicht an einen Server von Umed Studio. Fortschritte werden nicht automatisch zwischen Geräten synchronisiert. Beim Entfernen der App können lokale Daten verloren gehen. Das Wiederherstellen eines Kaufs stellt keine Spielfortschritte wieder her.

3. Werbung und Analyse

Cubsy enthält keine Werbung, Werbe-SDKs, verhaltensbezogenes Tracking oder Analyse-SDKs von Drittanbietern. Wir verkaufen keine Informationen von Kindern und erstellen aus ihrem Spielverhalten keine Werbeprofile.

4. Käufe

Jeder Bereich enthält kostenlose Beispiele. Ein freiwilliger, einmaliger Kauf von Alle Spiele schaltet die vollständige Sammlung frei. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Abonnement; es gibt keine automatische Verlängerung. Käufe sind durch die Elternsperre geschützt. Apple verarbeitet Zahlungen und die Wiederherstellung von Käufen.
